HR Manager Morocco - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the role ============== As an HR Specialist, you will be involved in employee lifecycle administration, HR compliance, recruitment, and broader HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a culture of excellence and engagement. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. * Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management cycles, training activities, and employee engagement programs. * Ensure full compliance with French labor legislation and internal HR standards. * Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing new hire documentation. * Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. * Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends and propose improvements. * Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative processes. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices. * Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. * High level of professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. * Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. * Fluency in **French and English** is required.
