Total Number of Openings 1 **Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd** is accepting online applications for the position of **HR Operations Specialist – Thailand** located in **Bangkok, Thailand** through **September 14, 2026 (11:59 PM Thailand Time).** **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** * Knowledge of HR systems, policies and guidelines relevant to Thailand including HR policy development, management and processes, country legislative HR requirements & employee relations support, Thailand TR, pay, leave & benefits, HR systems, and strong project management, process improvement & analytical skills * Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing workplace environment and regulations and able to communicate changes effectively with stakeholders. Includes skills in communication and consulting, change implementation, business and commercial acumen * Ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders internally and externally **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * Familiarity with Thai labor law and HR processes is an advantage **International Considerations:** Expatriate assignments **will not be** considered.
