Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **HR PMO** located in **Guadalajara, North.**_ _Reporting to the Sr Director, Regional HR Business Partner, the HR PMO role will be_ _responsible for leading and coordinating strategic HR initiatives, transformation programs, and operational projects across a designated region. This role serves as a key partner to HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of complex programs that support organizational objectives._ _The HR PMO Leader drives governance, project execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives, while ensuring consistency with global HR strategies and standards. The role acts as the regional focal point for enterprise-wide HR programs and collaborates closely with Global HR Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes._ **What a typical day looks like:** **_Program & Project Leadership_** * _Lead regional HR projects and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation._ * _Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk assessments, dependency tracking, and governance reporting._ * _Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across HR and other corporate functions._ * _Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities._ **_Governance & Portfolio Management_** * _Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms._ * _Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, leadership updates, and steering committee materials._ * _Monitor project health, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans._ * _Support prioritization and resource allocation across the regional HR portfolio._ **_HR Transformation & Business Initiatives_** * _Support organizational redesigns, business integrations, divestitures, acquisitions, workforce transitions, and other strategic initiatives._ * _Lead operational readiness activities, including stakeholder alignment, change management, and implementation planning._ * _Coordinate global initiatives at the regional level to ensure successful deployment and adoption._ **_Stakeholder Management_** * _Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Legal, Finance, and IT teams._ * _Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive accountability for deliverables._ * _Build trusted relationships with regional and global leadership teams._ **_Change Management & Communications_** * _Develop communication and engagement strategies that support organizational change._ * _Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, project reviews, and business planning sessions._ * _Support leadership teams with employee impact assessments and implementation planning._ **_Continuous Improvement_** * _Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, governance, and operational efficiency._ * _Drive standardization of project management methodologies, templates, and best practices._ * _Promote a culture of operational excellence and disciplined execution._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _BA/BS/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent work experience_ * _Solid years of experience in project management, program management, HR operations, consulting, or business transformation._ * _Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives_ * _Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills._ * _Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities._ * _Strong verbal and written communication skills._ * _Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and project management platforms._ * _Experience supporting global or regional HR transformation initiatives would be a plus._ * _Exposure to organizational redesign, M&A, divestiture, carve-outs, or large-scale change programs is highly valued._ * _Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and other HR technologies would be helpful._ * _Certifications such as PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials are welcome._ * _Experience working in a multinational environment would also be beneficial._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
