HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced **HR / In-House Recruiter** to join our growing real estate business in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a recruitment function from the ground up and play a key role in attracting and onboarding top-performing real estate professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, improving hiring processes, and supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring high-quality real estate agents. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required. * Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels. * Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. * Design and implement structured recruitment and onboarding processes. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals. * Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. * Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. * Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports. * Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the UAE real estate market. * Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required. * Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE. * Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods. * Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. * Opportunity to join a growing real estate business. * Supportive and collaborative working environment. * Career growth and the opportunity to make a significant impact. * Competitive compensation package based on experience.
