HR Reporting Analyst

**Job Description:** We are looking for a HR Reporting Analyst to join our HR Ops team ! **Key Responsibilities** **Translate business requests into reporting requirements and actionable insights.** **Partner with stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requests.** **Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.** **Communicate findings and recommendations professionally.** **Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.** * Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. * Translate business requests into clear reporting requirements and actionable insights. * Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality control processes. * Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and provide data-driven solutions. * Maintain high standards of confidentiality and compliance when handling employee data. * Communicate findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally. * Contribute to the standardization, documentation, and governance of HR metrics and reporting processes. * Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve reporting workflows and deliverables. * Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.
