About the role ============== Job Summary The role is responsible for supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience and contributes to the organization’s talent acquisition goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines. * Screen resumes and schedule interviews. * Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records. * Support recruitment reporting and compliance. * Assist in employer branding and sourcing initiatives. **Skills & Qualifications** * Typically a University degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience. * Good understanding of recruitment processes. * Good skills in English both written and oral. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Familiarity with HR system-Workday is prefered.
