You’ll work closely with senior leaders and frontline teams to ensure safety is not just compliant — but proactive, embedded, and continuously improving. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Provide expert, authoritative H&S advice across the business * Develop and implement site-specific safety management plans * Conduct audits, inspections, and site visits to drive standards * Interpret legislation and turn it into practical, actionable guidance * Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis (including RIDDOR) * Ensure full statutory compliance across all sites * Deliver insightful performance reports to senior leadership * Oversee training programmes and inductions * Chair health, safety & environmental meetings * Drive clear, engaging safety communication across the organisation **About You** ------------- You’re confident, credible, and not afraid to challenge.
