In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). 岗位职责 **1\. 需求分析与梳理** • 深入理解证券业务（港股、美股交易、财富管理等）流程，转化为产品需求 • 负责产品需求文档（BRD&PRD）的撰写，包括功能描述、业务流程、原型demo等 • 与技术团队紧密协作，确保需求的技术可行性和实现效果 • 积极拥抱AI，有AI应用实际应用优先 **2\. 项目管理与跟进** • 主导互联网产品项目全生命周期管理，制定项目计划，协调各方资源 • 跟进项目进度，及时识别风险并推动解决 • 推动项目上线后的效果复盘，持续优化迭代 • 梳理现有业务流程，发现痛点并提出改进方案 **3\. 跨部门协作** • 对接产品、技术、运营、合规等多个部门，确保信息同步 • 协助业务团队理解产品功能，推动产品落地使用 • 在合规框架内推动业务创新 岗位要求 1\. 教育背景 • 本科及以上学历，金融、计算机等相关专业优先 • 具备证券从业资格、基金从业资格者加分 2\. 经验要求 • 6年以上互联网产品或BA工作经验，有金融行业背景优先 • 有证券、基金、财富管理类产品经验者优先 3\. 能力要求 • 产品思维：具备互联网产品规划、设计、分析能力，能独立完成需求文档和原型设计 • 项目管理：熟悉敏捷开发流程，有项目管理经验 • 业务理解：对证券业务有一定理解，具备快速学习能力 • 沟通协作：逻辑清晰，表达能力强，能协调多方资源 • 数据意识：具备基础数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动决策
