Your responsibilities As our HR team is small, yet efficient, you will get great exposure to most of the areas of HR. In your role as an HR Intern, you will support the TCS Finland HR team in general, with the focus in the following areas: Employee life-cycle management Employee data analysis Employee engagement activities. Additionally, based on your personal interest you will be involved in different areas of HR & company culture creation, such as corporate social responsibility, DEI&B, recruiting and employer branding. Whom are we looking for? To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with right skills and mindset: Student / Recent graduate: Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (at least in the 3rd semester), or in a Master's degree program, or being recent graduate. Service Mindset: able to provide a high level of service to the customer (employees). Strong communication skills in English and Finnish: Business fluent in English; Finnish language skills are considered as a plus as they help to serve our employees with their questions. Strong analytical skills. MS Office: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Structured and independent way of working: You enjoy administrative tasks and work in a structured, yet flexible manner. Demonstrated the following interpersonal skills: Self-driven: Able to drive actions and prioritize appropriately Team Player: thrives in a team environment, committed to pulling together to deliver challenging goals and enjoys shared success. Attention to detail: able to check own work and give a high focus on attention to detail Flexibility and international environment exposure: We are a truly international company which requires strong interest in an international working environment and flexibility while working with people from different backgrounds.
