Own key HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS management, and employee records. 2\. Ensure all HR processes, policies and documentation are accurate, compliant and completed on time. 3\. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, making sure every employee has a smooth and thoughtful experience from day one to their last day. 4\. Support payroll, leave management, insurance, and other people operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 5\. Help manage employee letters, contracts, background verification, and other HR documentation. 6\. Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee. 7\. Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes through better systems, automation, and documentation as we continue to grow. ### Skill(s) required Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Human Resources Payroll Earn certifications in these skills [Learn Human Resources](https://trainings.internshala.com/human-resource-management/?utm_source=is_web_internshala_details_page) Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1\. have minimum 1 years of experience ### Other requirements 1\. 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or human resources. 2\. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6\. Takes ownership, shows initiative, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving. 7\. Experience with HRMS tools, payroll coordination, or employee documentation is an added advantage. 8\.
