As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. Your expertise in HR, MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, along with your proficiency in spoken and written English, will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and screening resumes to find top talent for our company. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for HR, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1\. Manage and maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. 2\. Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company. 3\. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training. 4\. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. 5\. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals. 6\. Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues. 7\.
