Core HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle 1\. Manage employee onboarding, including issuing offer letters, UAN creation, and ESI registration. 2\. Maintain employee records and coordinate insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims. 3\. Manage employee exits, including Full & Final (F&F) settlements. B. Compensation, Performance & Strategy 1\. Calculate and process monthly TADA reimbursements. 2\. Track monthly and quarterly KPIs and support performance appraisal cycles. 3\. Maintain ESOP records, allocations, and vesting schedules. C. Statutory & Corporate Compliance 1\. Ensure HR processes comply with statutory requirements and the Companies Act. D. Employee Engagement & Welfare 1\. Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and workplace culture initiatives. E. Customer Experience (CRM Management) 1\. Manage customer interactions and support through BiteSpeed CRM. 2\. Hands-on experience with EPFO, ESIC, and government compliance portals. 4\. Proficiency in BiteSpeed or similar CRM/helpdesk tools such as Intercom, DelightChat, or Gorgias. 5\. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for managing TADA, KPI, and ESOP data. 6\.
