Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. 2\. Partner with leads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. 3\. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels. 4\. Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess technical fit, behavioral competencies, and cultural alignment. 5\. Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback. 6\. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 7\. Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining engagement. 8\. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 9\. Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio. 10\. Support employer branding initiatives, social media hiring campaigns, referral programs, and campus hiring. 11\. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. 12\. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data. 13\. Support attendance, leave management, and payroll input coordination. 14\. Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. 15\. Coordinate probation reviews, confirmation processes, and exit formalities. 16\. Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures. 17\. Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support. 18\. Assist in implementing performance management and learning & development initiatives. 19\.
