Our work spans influencer strategy, social media management, content creation, and AI-driven innovation. We partner closely with brand teams, agencies, and media experts to deliver best-in-class campaigns and tools that keep our brands at the forefront of digital trends. **What You'll Be Responsible For** * Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day tasks and help drive exciting renovation, innovation, and strategic projects. * Coordinate project workflows by helping organise weekly meetings with local markets, ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery. * Analyse market and regional performance data (e.g., Nielsen, Excel, internal dashboards) and translate these into clear insights and recommendations. * Assist local markets in preparing business plans, portfolio choices, toolkits, and communication materials. * Co-develop creative assets and communication materials in collaboration with external design and creative agencies. * Support the Refreshment & Wellness platform budget: raising invoices, following up, and assisting with financial tracking and reporting. * Grow your skills through coaching, feedback, ad-hoc tasks, and real project ownership while contributing meaningfully to the team. **We're Looking For Someone Who** * You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting August-September 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week). * You’re enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in a University (WO) program during the internship.  * You have a passion for creativity and driving impactful ideas.  * You are keen to learn digital and social marketing campaign creation, project management, and post-campaign evaluation.  * You are ready to lead projects and contribute to marketing goals.  * You like working on diverse projects, including product launches and social media assets.  #TMICC **Why join us?** This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed - both for the business and for themselves.
