" **Job Description & summary:**  Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in **metals & mining**. You will build schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains (e.g., **5D BIM**, **drone/LiDAR progress**, **IoT geo-fencing**, and **GenAI** report assistants) to improve **visibility, predictability, and control** across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.  **Responsibilities**  **A. PMO Execution**  * Maintain **work plans** and look‑ahead schedules; update progress, logic ties, and milestones in **Primavera/MS Project**.  * Run **EVM** calculations (CPI/SPI), cost/schedule variance analysis; prepare management reports.  * Support **risk registers**, mitigation tracking, and safety audit follow-ups; assist in compliance documentation.  **B. Procurement & Vendor Performance**  * Track **material delivery performance**; maintain vendor scorecards and expediting logs.  * Support bid evaluations, contract change requests, and documentation.  **C. Digital/AI Enablement**  * Build **Power BI/Tableau** dashboards (time, cost, risk, quality, safety, regulatory).  * Assist **BIM** coordinators with **5D BIM** linkages (quantities, cost/schedule) and model reviews.  * Operate **drone/LiDAR** progress workflows (with supervision), assist in computer vision checks for site safety.  * Run **IoT + geo-fencing** material tracking dashboards; flag exceptions (route deviation, dwell breaches).  * Use **GenAI** assistants for executive summaries, daily status notes, risk logs, and stakeholder communications (governed by data policies).  **D.
