Inbound - Customer Service Rep - Car Dealership

We’re looking for a **full-time Service Call Center Representative** to support a **high-volume car dealership** by making outbound calls, sending texts, and following up with customers about their vehicle service needs. This is a **remote position** that follows a **US Eastern Time schedule**. This role is fast-paced, repetitive, and requires **high-volume outbound calling (175+ calls per day)**—so be ready to stay focused, follow scripts, and grind through a structured call list daily.
