Inbound&out Bound Quality Team Leader

**Main Tasks** * Lead and develop the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy/guidelines/processes * Lead the team to manage supplier audits * Work with procurement for new supplier qualification, development * Lead the team to realize supplier quality control plan for key material category, ensuring sufficient material qualificiation * Lead the team to work with procurement on supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement * Lead the supplier quality improvement projects for profitup, ensuring stable quality is supplied * Work with development, procurement on R&D project/new product quality * Work with supply chain on change management at supplier side * Other Tasks assigned by manager or global quality projects. **Competencies** **Function relative Knowledge and Skills** * Strong organizational & communication skills and leadership ability to drive improvement within the team * Quality tools such as 8D, FMEA and APQP are preferred. * Be sensitive/critical thinking to deviations/ potential risks and the ability to solve the problem **Requirements** Education * Bachelor diploma in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Experience * 3+ years experience in the manufacture of mechanical/machining parts background * 2+ years management experience in the leader position of Process/Supplier Quality * Experience in Quality tools (5 whys, 8D, FMEA, APQP…) and risk management is preferred Other skills  * Proactive working attitudes and willing to take challenges. * Communication in English and coordination skills are required. * Strong driven for good results, solution and continuous improvement.
