Industrial Electrician

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Installs, verifies operation, inspects, repairs, adjusts & calibrates field instrumentation devices. * Calibrate and repair process control instruments and PLCs. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Applies electrical theory & related knowledge to electrical systems up to 4160 volts. * Installs and/or traces power and control wiring including conduit & tray cable. * Performs ground checks on motor & grounding circuits and documents results **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated competency in industrial electrical and instrumentation systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. * Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Commitment to safety and teamwork in a production environment. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** * $40.49 per hour * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
