The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.   **Location:** Fox Creek, AB. Successful candidate will be responsible for own transportation to and from the plant location.   **Hours:** 40 hours per week with occasional call-ins to support operational needs.   **Wage:** $52.00 per hour   **Responsibilities** * Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulics. * Create and update plant preventative maintenance program. * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. * Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records. * Recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency of equipment. **Qualifications** * Journeyman Millwright Certification in Alberta or Red Seal Endorsement. * Minimum 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing millwright experience. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Experience in creating and maintaining a preventative maintenance program. * Ability to read diagrams and technical manuals. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environment is considered an asset. * Safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.
