Influencer Marketing Freelancer- - Based in Singapore

We’re looking for experience in influencer marketing freelancer to support the end-to-end execution of campaigns — from identifying and evaluating creators, conducting market and competitor research, and coordinating campaign deliverables, to supporting post-campaign reporting and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with creators, clients, agencies, and internal teams, while managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Giving you the flexibility to work while gaining hands-on regional exposure in the influencer marketing space! What You’ll Do • Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across key Southeast Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. • Identify, research, and evaluate relevant creators and influencers, while building and maintaining strong relationships with talent and industry partners. • Conduct market, audience, competitor, and industry research to identify relevant insights, emerging trends, and opportunities that strengthen campaign strategies and proposals. • Manage campaign coordination and administrative processes, including briefing documents, talent contracts, timelines, deliverables, and campaign tracking. • Support post-campaign reporting and performance analysis, translating campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, creators, agencies, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and to a high standard. • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. • Develop a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, creator partnerships, and the broader digital landscape across Southeast Asia. Who You Are • 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, or creator/talent management • Strong understanding of SEA creator ecosystems and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) • Experience supporting pitch/proposal development for brand clients • Experience supporting pitch/proposal development for brand clients • Excellent written communication skills • Please note that this freelance role is currently only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs).
