Infrastructure Solution Architect

**Purpose of the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect / Service Delivery Manager to lead and develop infrastructure services across Network, Public Cloud, and Capacity domains. This role combines **technical architecture, service ownership, and project coordination**, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives across India and Asia. **Key Responsibilities** **Solution Architecture & Design** * Design and develop infrastructure solutions covering: * Network services (WAN, LAN/WiFi, SD-WAN, connectivity) * Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) * Capacity and hybrid infrastructure * Ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of solutions * Contribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps **Service Delivery Management** * Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services in assigned scope * Ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement * Act as the primary interface between business, IT, and service providers * Manage SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance **Project Coordination (India & Asia)** * Coordinate and lead infrastructure-related projects in the region * Ensure alignment with global architecture and governance * Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders * Track progress, risks, and dependencies **Vendor & Stakeholder Management** * Manage technical collaboration with partners and suppliers * Drive accountability, cost optimization, and service improvements * Work closely with internal teams, including cloud, network, and security **Operational Excellence** * Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and compliance * Support lifecycle management and capacity planning * Drive automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives **Experience & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and/or cloud) * Proven experience in: * Solution architecture * Service delivery management * Infrastructure projects * Strong understanding of: * Networking (WAN, LAN, firewalls, VPN) * Public cloud (Azure and/or AWS) * Hybrid infrastructure environments **Skills & Competencies** * Strong leadership and coordination skills * Excellent stakeholder communication (global environment) * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution * Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement * Experience working with global delivery and vendor models **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work in a global infrastructure transformation program * Exposure to modern cloud and hybrid technologies * Collaborative international environment * High-impact role with strong ownership **_Key areas:_** * _Infrastructure architecture (network + cloud)_ * _Service delivery ownership_ * _Project coordination across Asia_ * _Vendor and stakeholder management_ **_We expect:_** * _Strong experience in infrastructure, networking, and/or cloud_ * _Proven track record in service delivery and/or architecture roles_ * _Ability to manage projects and stakeholders in a global setup_
