Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an EH&S Engineer to join our Flex team located in **North Guadalajara.** Reporting to the EH&S Manager, the EH&S Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on the company’s environmental programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. **How a typical day looks like:** • Management of inspections, preparation of formal communications, and coordination with government authorities. • Identification, evaluation, and continuous monitoring of compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements. • Control and safeguarding of the site’s EHS legal information. **The experience we are looking to add to our team:** • Bachelor’s degree in environmental law or related field. • Related experience in EH&S or in a similar position. • Knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to manage documentation. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and legal compliance. **What you will receive for the great work you provide:** • Competitive salary. • Medical and life insurance. • Christmas bonus. • Food vouchers. • Savings fund.
