Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded MediBuddy. 2\. Following up with them and converting them into leads. 3\. Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information. 4\. Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls. 5\. Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 6\. Achieving sales targets and talk time targets. Note: 1\. Salary: Rs 3 LPA (CTC) + incentives based on target achievement + Rs 6,000/year in MediBuddy Wallet. 2\.
