Inside Sales-Hbk Audio

You will report to the Asia Sales Manager-HBK Audio. Work Location: Shanghai **Responsibilities**: * Daily PO maintenance and order handling; * Assisting with Sales on quotation preparing and related documentation; * Cooperating with Global Program Coordinator and Relationship Manager to process the PO and demand communication; * Coordinating with Sales on after sales activities, like calibration, repairing, warranty, etc; * Maintaining the Key Account sourcing and purchasing contact relationship and PO following; * Operating the HBK system, like Exiger, SAP, Salesforce, etc; * Consolidating the PO and opportunities information and monthly sharing with HQ. * Coordinating Sales contracts for PO’s with customers * Coordinating End user statements for PO’s with customers * Delivering information for import handling for Key Account’s CMs (and other customers) in China * Acquiring Proof of Delivery notices on shipments to Key Account CMs, as required. * Supporting request for information on logistics for Chinese HBK Audio customers **Requirements:** ----------------- * Native Mandarin and fluent English both for oral and writing; * Strong sales and/or customer service background, more than 10 years experience; * Proficient in using office related software； * Priority with relevant industry backgrounds / high tech products
