Inside Sales Representative

**Rockriver Disposal,** a Waste Connections Company, is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented **Inside Sales Rep** for our dynamic sales team in Rockford, IL. The Inside Sales Rep plays a critical role in driving sales success by supporting broker relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.  The position serves as a key liaison between internal sales teams and external partners, helping to streamline processes, maintain accurate data, and deliver timely and high-quality service. **Pay** **Rate**: $20.00/hr. plus commission. **Schedule**: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm **Benefits**: We offer excellent benefits including:  medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long term & short-term disability, life insurance, 401(K), and more. **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries from brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders. * Coordinate and support sales activity by working with the team to submit competitive bids for business, including gathering requirements and tracking outcomes. * Serve as the primary point of contact for broker-managed accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication. * Maintain and actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are tracked, updated, and progressed efficiently. * Perform accurate data entry, lead tracking, and reporting within CRM systems to support sales activity. * Other job related duties as assigned. **Job Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer support, or sales operations role * Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Solid math and analytical skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team _Waste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
