You will support initiatives that help the organisation better understand consumer behaviour, identify market trends, and generate actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ **1\. Social Listening** ------------------------ * Work with the social listening tool to understand its capabilities and limitations. * Analyse social listening data to identify key themes, conversations, and consumer insights. * Explore opportunities to enhance social listening capabilities using AI. **2\. AI Solution Development** * Explore how AI can address gaps and improve existing social listening processes. * Experiment with AI tools to support insight generation and analysis. * Develop a simple AI solution for social listening. **3\. Market Trends & Insights** * Explore how AI can support the identification of current market trends. * Analyse consumer and market information to identify emerging trends and opportunities. * Support the team in generating meaningful consumer insights. **4\. Innovation & Problem Solving** * Identify opportunities where AI can improve existing ways of working. * Propose innovative solutions to business and insights-related challenges. * Apply critical thinking to improve insight generation and analysis. **5\.
