Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include **Benchmark**, **General Catalyst**, **Peter Thiel**, **Adam D'Angelo**, **Larry Summers**, and **Jack Dorsey**. **Position:** Legal Expert — Restructuring (Project Donna) **Type:****Contract** **Compensation:****$100–$120/hour** **Location:****Remote** **Commitment:****~18 hours** ### Role Responsibilities * Evaluate **AI-generated legal content** in **restructuring and insolvency** to enhance accuracy and depth. * Review **six blinded AI deliverables** for alignment with legal principles and methodologies. * Conduct **five head-to-head comparisons** against a common comparator output. * Provide clear, structured feedback with a short, specific rationale for each preference. * Work **independently and asynchronously** to meet deadlines while improving **AI model performance**. ### Qualifications **Must-Have** * **Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in **restructuring and insolvency**.** * **Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness.** * **Precise written English skills.** * **Ability to work independently to written instructions and a deadline.** ### **Compensation & Legal** * ****Hourly contractor**** * **All work is covered by NDA.
