In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). **_Job Description:_** * Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, insurance companies, and corporate clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth. * Work closely with Sales, Trading, Research, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions and enhance client engagement. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends. * Coordinate cross-border business initiatives and facilitate collaboration among regional teams. * Prepare business proposals, marketing materials, and management reports. * Support strategic projects and other business development initiatives as assigned. _**Qualifications:**_ * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * 15 years + of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Relationship Management, Capital Markets, or related functions within financial institutions. * Good understanding of capital markets, institutional brokerage, equities, derivatives, or asset management business. * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Self-motivated, commercial-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders and clients. * Existing network with institutional investors or financial market participants. * Experience working with cross-border business between Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. * Familiarity with Chinese securities firms, investment banks, or asset management institutions.
