In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Support the Institutional Equity team in preparing market updates, client materials, and company-related analysis. * Assist in monitoring market developments, corporate events, industry trends, and relevant news flow across Asian equity markets. * Support the coordination of corporate access activities, investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and client engagement initiatives. * Conduct data gathering, industry research, and peer analysis to support client coverage and business development efforts. * Assist with the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and internal reporting. * Provide day-to-day support to the sales team on operational, administrative, and project-related matters. _**Qualifications:**_ * Undergraduate or postgraduate student with a strong academic record in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines. * Demonstrated interest in equity capital markets, institutional sales, and financial markets. * Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize information efficiently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar market data platforms is advantageous. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese * Highly motivated, professional, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
