Instructional Systems Specialist

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of conventional duties relating to a variety of Instructional Systems program areas and to complete developmental assignments and training outlined in the formal training and development program. Major Duties: - Attends education and training courses and briefings during the first eight months of assignment. Completes rotational assignments within the training squadron/group. Performs routine taskings, or assists other with more complex assignments, which require the application of professional education/instructional design. Conducts routine classroom, laboratory or field instruction. Accomplishes special projects. Attends courses, conferences, and briefings to increase knowledge of training processes and procedures.
