We’re seeking a **Junior and Mid Level** **Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analysts** to join the **Leidos Defense Sector** for future and upcoming roles at **Langley Air Force Base**. This is your chance to be part of a premier **Military Intelligence Program** supporting the **USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) ISR mission**. With unmatched opportunities for skill development, career growth, and internal mobility, Leidos empowers you to reach your fullest potential. **Your Mission:** * Facilitate coordination of multi-ISR domain mission activities with **AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS)** Enterprise stakeholders. * Collaborate with **AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET)** to support current operations and Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE). * Assist with long- and short-term analysis, focusing on **Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning**, ISR operations, and assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues. * Develop responses for **Requests for Information (RFI)** and ensure compliance with **AF DCGS TTPs**, AF, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives. **Please Note:** This position is contingent on immediate backfill needs or newly available roles within the program. Step into a key position and make an immediate difference! **Basic Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's degree and **2–8 years of relevant intelligence experience** (or additional experience in lieu of a degree). * Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government **all-source analysis training course** or specialized intelligence certification. * **E****xperience** in exploiting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases. * Proficiency or familiarity with tools like **JIRA/Confluence** and expertise in areas such as Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products. * **TS/SCI access eligibility** upon start date. **Preferred Skills**: * Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable **directives, standards, and reporting cycles.** AMSOPP1 If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
