This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning & analysis continuity. ### Key Responsibilities * Own and maintain the FP&A function * Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support * Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis * Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs * Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed) * Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month-end review support * Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development ### Ideal Candidate Profile * Proven FP&A leadership experience * Prior experience in aPE-backed environment strongly preferred * Hands-on, self-starter who can operate independently * Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments * Strong NetSuite experience (preferred) * Ability to quickly assess, stabilize, and improve financial processes #[GHJ](https://himalayas.app/companies/ghj)SS Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
