**Job Description Summary** AI & Data Science Engineer – Operations (Junior), you will help design and build AI solutions that support our operations across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.   **Job Description** As an intern, you’ll work on real engineering problems that power GenAI platforms and tools. Your responsibilities may include: * Support the team in building AI and GenAI applications (e.g., internal chat assistants, simple report helpers, document review tools) by implementing small features or fixes in Python under guidance.  * Help prepare and process text data and assist with basic NLP/document processing tasks such as entity extraction, text classification, or semantic search using existing libraries and examples.  * Assist in configuring and testing predefined steps in GenAI and RAG-style workflows that connect large language models with internal data sources, and document results.  * Contribute to straightforward ML and data science tasks (e.g., simple regression, classification, clustering), including data preparation and basic exploratory analysis.  * Run evaluation scripts or notebooks for AI/GenAI components, help collect metrics and qualitative feedback, and apply small improvements under direction from the team. * Write clean, readable Python code with simple tests, use version control (Git), and follow team workflows for development and code reviews. * Collaborate closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, asking clarifying questions as needed, and participate in team ceremonies, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.   **Skills Desired**
