******Job Description Summary****** =================================== Intern in the Sourcing Organization **Job Description** =================== **Roles and Responsibilities**: * Support the sourcing team with project execution. * Support the Project Procurement Manager, Procurement Manager and sourcing team. * Help with the generation of reports, collection of data, and coordinating with the other team members or stakeholders. * Attend and participate in meetings when required. * Help to contact third parties and suppliers as well as helping to source for items that is required by the project. * Participate in GEV and sourcing-specific initiatives. * Internship period: 6/9/12 months **Requirements**: * Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited university. Recent graduates interested in an internship are also welcome to apply. * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. * Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week throughout the internship. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ******Additional Information****** ================================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
