Intern - Customer Service Marketing or Sales

Eco Decor Oy is looking for 2 interns to join our team in customer service, marketing and sales to working with european customers in English. Eco Decor Oy is a growing family-owned company. We design and manufacture wooden gifts and home decor products as well as candles. Since 2018, we have also completed larger custom projects and orders for corporate clients. Our product range includes designer wall art, city maps, wedding decorations, soy wax candles and a wide variety of personalised products. Sustainability and a strong connection to wood are important to us, which is why we use Finnish birch plywood in our products. More information: ecodecor.fi Our office is located in Lappeenranta and is connected to our production workshop, which is equipped with all the necessary machinery and tools for efficient product manufacturing. Now you have the opportunity to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in sales, product development, marketing and customer service. During your internship or work trial period, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's operations – from product design and order processing to preparing and shipping products to customers. This internship is suitable for students interested in areas such as customer service, handicrafts, photography, social media content creation, sales, marketing and e-commerce. Your tasks may include: Multi-channel customer service via email and chat Creating content for social media Hand-finishing products Processing customer orders We will tailor your tasks to meet the requirements of your study programme and internship curriculum. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Excellent English language skills and Proactive, curious and positive attitude; comfortable in front of camera when creating video content. or Attentive, responsible and creative, preferring work without cameras.
