We are looking for a motivated and analytical Investment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets activities. The intern will support the team in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis and research, preparing management reports, and monitoring the performance of existing investments. **Responsibilities** * Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and company profiling. * Assist in preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials. * Support due diligence activities and the preparation of transaction-related documents. * Monitor the financial and operational performance of existing investments. * Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials for quarterly meetings and annual strategy sessions. * Research market trends, industries, competitors, and other relevant information to support investment decisions. * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investment partners, banks, financial institutions, and professional advisors. * Provide support on other investment, M&A, and capital markets projects as assigned. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. * Strong academic record and genuine interest in corporate investment, M&A, financial markets, or corporate finance. * Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation concepts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling skills would be an advantage. * Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. * Good command of written and spoken English. * Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. * Able to manage multiple assignments and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
