**Job Description Summary** As an intern, you will work at the intersection of AI, automation, and real-world problem solving. You’ll help build simple AI-driven tools, experiment with new ideas, and contribute to making every day work faster, smarter, and more efficient while learning from experienced engineers and product teams   **Job Description** **Major accountabilities:** * Build simple AI/GenAI applications (e.g., chat assistants, document tools) using Python and low-code platforms like Copilot Studio * Experiment with automation tools to identify and prototype practical use cases, iterating quickly based on feedback * Prepare and process data for NLP tasks such as text classification, entity extraction, and semantic search * Assist in configuring and testing GenAI workflows, including RAG-style integrations with internal knowledge sources * Contribute to automation solutions using Microsoft tools (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.) * Organize and structure information, prompts, and knowledge sources to enable effective AI usage * Run evaluations for AI solutions, collect metrics and user feedback, and support continuous improvement * Write clean, maintainable Python code, use Git, and follow team development and review practices * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts while actively participating in team discussions and demos * Document solution designs, experiments, issues, and recommendations, ensuring knowledge is reusable across the team **Key performance indicators:** * **AI Solution Delivery:** Develop and demonstrate **4-6 AI/GenAI prototypes or automations** addressing real business use cases during the internship period. * **Business Impact & Innovation:** Identify and validate **5+ automation opportunities**, delivering solutions with measurable efficiency or productivity improvements. * **Technical Quality & Compliance:** Deliver **well-documented, maintainable solutions** following coding standards, Git practices, testing procedures, and peer review requirements. * **Collaboration & Continuous Learning:** Actively contribute to team discussions, demos, and knowledge sharing while continuously building expertise in AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies.   **Skills Desired**
