Job Description Summary Reporting to the Sales and Service Operation Associate Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting Sales & Service Operation team on managing documentation of all the order (sales order, service order), follow and updating the spare part, tools of technical service tam Able to provide good knowledge/guidance of the workflow for order processing Job Description **Primary duties and responsibilities** Support Sales & Service Operation team on main tasks below: * Supporting in quotation, sales/service contract preparation * Submit and get the signature/stampt for contact, shipping document * Contact with customer for collecting full set of contract documents * Printing/ get signature for Delivery notes and send to customer * Preparing tender documents (product certificates, LOA…) * Support to checking technical service ‘s tools before and after calibration (packing, unpacking, taking photos, labelling) * Record and filing documents related to sales & services Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management. **Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications** **Education / Professional Certification** Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistic, Supply chain or any related fields **Experience** Final year student **Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics** \-       Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \-       Good communication and interpersonal skills \-       Good command of spoken and written English \-       Honest and hardworking Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Doan Le Thuy Duong, Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh
