**HR Change & Experience Intern** 3-6 months, flexible depending on university requirements **What you will do**  * Develop a collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions, using SharePoint as the main environment.  * Improve the stakeholder experience by making information easier to find, understand and use.  * Create clear navigation, page structures and content flows for different stakeholder groups.  * Organise templates, documents, FAQs, process guidance and communication materials.  * Build practical toolkits that support managers, HRBPs, employees and the Job-to-Job team.  * Gather stakeholder input and feedback to continuously improve the platform and materials.  **Expected deliverables** **Collaborative platform**  A SharePoint-based platform with clear pages, navigation and collaboration spaces.  **Stakeholder experience flow**  A structured overview of what each stakeholder needs throughout the Business Evolution process.  **Communication & guidance toolkit**  Templates, FAQs, guidance pages and practical communication materials.  **Content structure**  Organised document libraries, content categories and ownership recommendations.  **Improvement roadmap**  Recommendations to further improve the platform, content and stakeholder experience.  **Who we are looking for**  We are looking for a proactive student who enjoys improving how people experience change.
