Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy. ### Job Description * Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. * Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. * Identify training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and discussions with managers. * Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods (e.g., presentations, role-playing, workshops). * Update and improve training materials to keep them relevant to industry trends and company goals. * Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and post-training evaluations. * Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed. * Maintain training records and generate reports on employee progress. * Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives. ### Requirement * Bachelors degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field**. * At least 3 **years** of experience in training, learning & development, or corporate coaching. * Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees. * Experience designing training materials and delivering both in-person and virtual training. * Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS, and instructional design principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements. * Strong organizational and project management skills.
