Investigator Contract Lead

ICLL is responsible for site contracting (CSA, CRC) cost effectiveness, contract integrity, and site financial governance: * Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution)  * Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles  * Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites * Alignment with client SOP / legal templates Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team **Minimal/Must-have Requirement** 1\. Legal Background 2\. Prefer MS Degree 3\. At least >3 years Clinical Trial Site Contracting Experience 4\. Excellent Communication skill, Writing and PPT
