In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). **Job Description:** * Lead coverage efforts, develop and maintain long-term client relationship * Identify IPO/M&A opportunities systematically * Lead client pitch efforts, provide advice and recommend strategies to meet clients’ needs * Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain relationships at senior levels * Leverage on the firm’s unique value proposition, mobilize team to initiate transaction ideas and drive key execution milestones * Coach junior bankers to help them develop key analytical skills required for a career in investment banking **Qualification:** * Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution * At least 10 years of investment banking experience and strong sector coverage * Passion and resilience for business development * Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests * Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization * High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct with integrity * Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred
