### Overview
[MPOWERHealth](https://himalayas.app/companies/mpowerhealth) is seeking a board-certified Neurologist with expertise in neurophysiology to join our remote neuromonitoring team. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) studies to help optimize patient care across the country.

### Responsibilities
The Neurologist - Interpreting Physician is responsible for real-time analysis of electrophysiological data generated during surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgical teams and IONM technologists to support positive patient outcomes.
* Provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring data and communicate findings directly to surgical teams
* Correlate electrophysiological findings with the patientβs clinical status to support surgical decision-making
* Conduct comprehensive post-operative case reviews and complete detailed reports
* Contribute to quality assurance and improvement efforts to maintain high standards of neuromonitoring services
* Maintain current knowledge of advancements and best practices in neuromonitoring
### Qualifications
* Board-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology.
* **Fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring required;** a doctorate in the field is preferred.
* Strong understanding of intraoperative neuromonitoring modalities (e.g., SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG).
* Knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Prior experience in IONM is strongly preferred.
