JOB SUMMARY: The IP Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in a wide range of legal projects and tasks. The IP Litigation Paralegal will assist with all phases of intellectual property litigation, including research, discovery, summary judgment, Markman, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
