IT Business Analyst

**Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune * Administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and PowerShell * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability * Configure and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP) * Document procedures, configurations, and best practices * Provide Tier 2 End user support for All of the Office 365 Suite of Collaborations applications **Required Skills & Qualifications** * Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation * Deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive * Experience with Entra AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 * Familiarity with compliance tools like eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit logs * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills **Bonus Skills** * Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem Exchange or AD) * Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management * Familiarity with third-party M365 management tools
