IT Deployment Assistant - Egypt

The **IT Deployment Assistant** reports directly to the Deployment Manager. This role involves monitoring different stages of software deployment. ### Responsibilities * Record and monitor requests sent to the Deployment Team * Ensure deployment requests are fulfilled * Coordinate with various teams to support deployment needs * Alert System Team to act on deployment request and track request to closure * Conduct post production testing before actual deployment to prospects and customers * Update appropriate tracking systems * Monitor deployed environments expiration and release * Conduct health checks, core function testing and bulk testing * Render general administrative support to assigned projects ### Qualifications * A Bachelors degree holder in any course * Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks * Excellent time management skills * Strong organization, monitoring, and coordination skills * Focused and detail-oriented * Ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies (E.g.
