IT Environment Manager

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** **Work from the office 3 days a week + 2 days remotely** Own and govern lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) environments and support Production activities when required Support account migration initiatives, ledger system transitions, and data quality improvement activities Drive resolution of environment-related issues, incidents, risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple environments Support Production Go Live preparations and execution, including weekend activities when needed Define environment requirements for procurement, configuration, and ongoing maintenance Plan, schedule, and govern environment availability, usage, and dependencies, including failover tests, releases, infrastructure updates, and patches Support infrastructure lifecycle activities, including introduction of new technologies and decommissioning of legacy solutions Coordinate trial conversions, environment refreshes, database imports, code installations, and related technical activities according to schedule Coordinate environment activities across infrastructure, operations, testing, maintenance, production support, and legacy teams Resolve scheduling conflicts between Agile Release Trains Manage vendor engagement related to environment setup, testing, dress rehearsals, and Go Live events **Kogo poszukujemy?** * Several years of experience managing IT projects or IT services in complex environments with Infrastructure and/or Platforms focus  * Strong ability to proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and environment issues  * Fluent English communication skills  * Strong relationship management, collaboration, and presentation skills  * Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams and functions  * Ability to understand technical aspects of environments and coordinate resolution of complex issues with technical experts and managers  * Proactive and systematic approach to work  _Nice to have:_ * Understanding of Agile methodologies or SAFe  * Experience with Enterprise Infrastructure such as application servers, databases, networks, or firewalls  * Familiarity with Temenos Transact products  * Experience supporting large-scale migrations, Final Dress Rehearsals, or Production Go Live activities  * Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors in environment management initiatives  **Czego wymagamy?** 4 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * Jira * Agile * Rozwiązywanie problemów * Zarządzanie projektem * Risk management Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 18.5k–21.8k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo * Pakiet medyczny, Ubezpieczenie, Pakiet sportowy **Kim jesteśmy?** DCG to przestrzeń, w której spotykają się potrzeby biznesu i ambicje ludzi.
