IT Infrastructure Operations Manager

As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new **IT Infrastructure Operations Manager** to take responsibility for local operational management of IT across the UK & Ireland and support wider European projects. As **IT Infrastructure Operations Manager**, you’ll be responsible for the local operational management of IT across the UK & Ireland sites, with a particular focus on workplace and end-user IT support. You’ll have demonstrable Server and Network experience (VLAN, LAN and WAN technologies), Telephony experience (VOIP, ACD call centre systems) and a good knowledge of Microsoft products. You’ll have the willingness to travel across UK & Ireland sites (Birchwood, Bolton, Rugby) and European offices, supporting on a variety of Group wide initiatives and projects. You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
