In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Hands-on involvement in the design, implementation & support of various infrastructure initiatives & projects in data centers, cloud, co-location, network and/or cyber-security areas, for various business initiatives and IT strategies. * Hands-on involvement in the life-cycle spanning requirements, PoC, design, implementation, testing and subsequent support & maintenance of the infrastructure solutions. * Enforce and execute in the preparation, regular reviews, and updates of IT infrastructure governance policies & standards, procedures and guidelines that comply with the industry’s best practices and regulatory requirements; * Manage & carry out daily operational maintenance & support on the IT infrastructure to ensure theirs availability and stability. * Manage & work closely with service providers and vendors from procurement, design & implementation, to theirs day-to-day incident troubleshooting to ensure compliant with SLA. * Occasionally work in non-office hour on changes, maintenance and/or incident handling _**Qualifications:**_ * Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or related Engineering disciplines * 8-12 years of extensive & hands-on experience in delivering IT Infrastructure projects for the finance and/or securities brokerage business with international exposure. * Extensive and hands-on experiences in one or more of the followings: * Full life-cycle Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, as well as major China distro) management, from distro evaluation, deployment, monitoring, patch, upgrade, etc * Familiar with Linux scripting and/ or other scripting language * Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. * Solid experiences in the followings: * Familiar with AWS, AliCloud and Azure * Various virtualization technologies, VMWare, KVM, Huawei DCS, etc * Hands-on involvement in the design, implementation & support of various infra projects, including but not limited to cross-region data centers setup, new office setup, cloud-hosting, Exchanges co-location setup, and use of ultra-low latency/high-frequency trading/AI/high-performance computing technologies, connectivity with global clients and FSI (such as exchanges, clearing, market data, etc). * Experiences in working in hybrid environment involving cross-region, cross-languages integration and collaboration of both in-house & outsourced infrastructure providers and systems. * Broad knowledge on new technology trend and knowledge on various service/product providers capabilities, ranging from virtualization, Windows OS, Linux OS, VM, clouds, storage, AI-related, Exchanges-related, ultra-low latency/high frequency trading, and/or cyber-security.  Knowledge on Chinese domestic products/providers & their capabilities is a plus. * Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skill in evaluating solutions & troubleshooting of incidents * Good communication skills with conversational Mandarin & English * Team player with pro-active problem solving and coordination skills, and continuous improvement mindset contributing to the team’s success * Can work independently and work well in fast-pace, multi-tasking environment with tight turnaround time
