IT Project Coordinator

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project * Support a financial project focused on migrating NAS based file shares. * Coordinate cross team activities and structured migration plans in line with milestones, timelines, governance standards and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities * Manage migration activities and track milestones and timelines. * Coordinate Business Areas and technical SPOCs. * Track QRA and ORC processes and security and risk compliance. * Organise meetings, document outcomes and follow up on actions. * Report progress, risks and blockers, identify dependencies and escalate delivery issues. Work model and benefits * Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week from the office. * Flexible work organisation, financed additional training, international English exposure, work life balance and integration meetings. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements * Previous experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS file share migrations. * Basic understanding of risk, compliance and security frameworks, including QRA and ORC. * Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders. * Strong coordination, tracking and follow up capabilities. * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams. * Ability to work in English in an international environment. * Experience with NAS and file share technologies, enterprise file services, collaboration and reporting tools.
